Hi, I’m Bruce! I was found wandering around northern MN. I’m not sure what happened to my old family, but BBR said they would help me find a new, forever family. My foster mom says I’m a really nice guy, calm, loving and totally housebroken. I have learned how to use a doggy door too! I like to play with other dogs.
I am a little sensitive when you touch my feet and ears but when I get to know you then I trust you, and don’t get nervous about it.

Hi, I’m Herbie! I was a stray so BBR has no background on me, but they do know that I am as sweet and gentle as can be. I am currently being treated for ear infections and a large bite wound on my back near my tail. The vet who examined me thinks I suffered some kind of trauma before being found. I am recovering nicely though! I have very little of my tail left, and since I have yet to find a human who speaks basset, I guess you’ll never know why. I am housetrained and like my crate. I get along very well with other dogs and have a fondness for the lady dogs in particular. I also likes my stuffy toys.

Hi, I’m Booker! I was adopted out once before, but came back to BBR because a toddler joined the household and I just was not happy about it. My family loved me very much but sadly had to return me to BBR. I am currently being fostered in an adult household and really love the peace and quiet of grown-ups. I am a well behaved boy, housetrained and polite. I would be just fine as an only dog but wouldn’t mind other dogs as long as they weren’t too wild and crazy. I am learning how to live with a cat and I wouldn’t mind having a cat in my adoptive home. I am good about having my toenails cut and getting baths. I love walks and eating. I also enjoys lounging as you can see and am very photogenic. I am also learning that fruit and carrots are good treats!
