What ages were the children? Unknown
Describe the dog’s reaction to children: Daisy came from a family that had small children and she did wonderfully with them. The foster home doesn’t have any children but we have seen her with children during vet visits, etc., and she seems to gravitate towards them. She loves kids.
Good with other dogs? Yes
Comments about behavior with other dogs: Foster home has other dogs and she does fine with them.
Good with cats? Unknown
Comments about behavior with cats: Foster home does not have any cats, unknown how she would do with them.
Good with birds, parrots, etc: Unknown

Can climb stairs? Yes
Pulls on a leash? Yes
Comments about pulling on a leash: Foster home has a fenced in yard that Daisy enjoys quite a bit but she doesn’t get much leash time. We have only had Daisy on a leash while at Vet visits and she did pull then.

Comments about food aggressiveness: Have not seen any at all.

Type of family life? Doesn’t care
Comments about family life: Foster home is pretty busy as far as dogs going in and out but pretty quiet as far as humans. Daisy loves laying on the couch and prefers to spend her time watching others mill about.
List anything the dog is afraid of: Have not noticed anything.
Tell us about your foster basset: Daisy is just the perfect being! She would make a wonderful addition to any family. She came from a family that loved her very much and had her all of her life. Their newborn had allergies towards Daisy so she had to be given up due to no fault of Daisy.
