Gretchen’s puppies are being fostered in MN
Gretchen’s puppies are now ready to begin their search for forever homes! They are all very cuddly and loving. They are learning how to go up and down stairs and are on their way to house training!
Puppies are cute and playful, but they do require lots of attention and care, and consistent training, so that they do not learn bad habits. We would recommend that every new puppy owner should enroll in a puppy-obedience training program (particularly, if this is their or their children’s first dog). Obedience training is more for the owner than the dog – you will learn how to make your pup the “best that he can be”.
When contemplating the adoption (or fostering) of a puppy, please carefully examine your life-style, and be realistic — expect a few “growing pains” that go with puppies. Although it appears that the puppies are off to a good start; stuff will probably get chewed-up and occasional accidents are bound to happen. However, if you DO have the time and patience for it; with consistent training and plenty of proper chew-toys, your puppy will grow to be your loyal, well-behaved “best buddy”.
Learn about BBR’s adoption policy. Please note: unaltered dogs adopted through BBR require an additional $100 deposit which will be held until proof of spay/neuter is received. Refer to the Adoption Policy for specific details.
